Though most known for starring on the TV series Baywatch for 5 seasons, Alexandra has often been arrested for peaceful civil disobedience around issues of human rights, peace, the environment and animals. She also cooked for and served the houseless of West LA every Monday night with Food Not Bombs: an all-volunteer movement that recovers food that would otherwise be discarded, and shares free vegan and vegetarian meals with the hungry in over 1,000 cities in 65 countries in protest to war, poverty, and destruction of the environment.
