Yvette talks with her former college professor and mentor, Ambassador Pamela E. Bridgewater, Ret.
During her exemplary diplomatic career, Ambassador Bridgewater helped established a critical U.S. relationship with Nelson Mandela and the African National Congress. Her work with Nelson Mandela led to their lifelong friendship. Ambassador Bridgewater served as the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Benin, Republic of Ghana, and Jamaica.
She is also the author of Neutral on Nothing: The Social Activism of the Rev. Dr. B H. Hester and is currently working on her own personal memoirs.
