David C. Hsiung is a history professor at Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He received his PhD and MA from the University of Michigan and his bachelor's degree from Yale University. He is currently a fellow at the David Library of the American Revolution working on his next book about the environment and the American Revolution.
