Although Barbara Farber and her husband were both born in the United States, they've spent the greater part of their lives working and raising a family in Europe, mostly in the Netherlands. When it came time to leave Amsterdam behind, Barbara settled into a "huge white elephant of a house" in the town of Provence. Little did she know the house would become another member of her family!
